Sessions can be done in person or virtually. You’ll typically relax (don’t operate any heavy machinery!) while Reiki energy is directed to support balance, healing, emotional release,
grounding, and overall wellbeing. Some people feel warmth, peace, emotional release, tingling, clarity, deep relaxation—or simply a greater sense of calm and connection afterward. Others feel very little during the session itself, but notice shifts unfolding afterward.

Neither is “better”—just different experiences. Some people love the physical presence of an in-person session, while others are surprised by how powerful and convenient virtual sessions can be. Reiki is not limited by physical distance.

Not at all. You don’t need to believe in anything special, wear flowing robes, burn incense, or rename yourself Moonbeam (although that is a very nice name!). Reiki can support anyone feeling stressed, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, or simply wanting to feel more balanced and grounded. Many people also notice improvements in physical symptoms and overall wellbeing.

Relaxation is often part of the experience—but many people also notice emotional release,
increased clarity, deeper self-awareness, greater intuition, shifts in old patterns, or a stronger sense of connection to themselves and life. I have witnessed emotional releases, intuitive insights, and profound shifts in both emotional and physical wellbeing.
